Kathy's Tuna Salad
- 5-ounce can tuna
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Bubbies Kosher Dill Relish
- ¼ cup red cabbage, thinly chopped
- ¼ cup onion or scallions (or both with some of the greens), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Drain tuna. Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss together, if necessary adding a bit more of whatever suits your taste.
