Deconstructed Turkey Burger Wreath

Great for a holiday gathering. This Deconstructed Turkey Burger Wreath makes a delicious appetizer topped with mouth-watering Bubbies Bread & Butter Pickles.

Ingredients

Mini-Burgers:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Toppings:

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat with salt, black pepper, dried oregano and garlic powder. Mix well with your hand. You want all the seasoning to be distributed evenly so take your time.
  2. Place a sheet of baking parchment on your worktop.
  3. Using the smallest cookie scoop, scoop out the meat and transfer it onto the baking parchment.
  4. Roll each into a ball and then press down to make a patty. With your finger, make a small dent in the center of each patty (this should keep them holding their shape).
  5. Heat some oil in your skillet/frying pan and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes (per batch) or until cooked through.
  6. Using the rosemary stem as a skewer, assemble your burgers in this order: Bubbies Bread & Butter Chip, burger, Bubbies Bread & Butter Chip, toasted bread, and tomato.
  7. Arrange burgers in a circle, and serve with a sauce of your choice.
