Double Dill Dip by The Yummy Vegan

Double Dill Dip by The Yummy Vegan is the easy-to-make party pleaser that is the perfect app for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (226 g) vegan cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup (82 g) vegan sour cream
  • 1 tsp (5 g) onion powder
  • 1 tsp (5 g) garlic powder
  • ½ cup - ⅔ cups (80 -133 g) Bubbies Kosher Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) pickle juice
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) fresh dill chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Allow the cream cheese and sour cream to come to room temp before adding them to a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add the spices and herbs to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Add in the chopped pickles and pickle juice and give one final mix.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set before serving with pita or potato chips, bread crisps and/ or sliced vegetables.
