Tuna Patties with Dill Pickle Aioli

Easy, delicious, and oh-so sophisticated tuna patties with dill pickle aioli make the perfect weeknight meal. Made for Bubbies by Moriah Brooke.

Ingredients

Patty:

  • 2 5-oz cans tuna, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp cassava flour (or flour of choice)
  • ¼ cup chopped scallions
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • Zest and juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2-3 tbl coconut oil, for frying

Dill Pickle Aioli:

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together tuna, egg, cassava flour, scallions, coconut aminos, and lime.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
  3. In a small dish, stir together mayo, pickle juice, chopped pickle, and fresh dill. Set aside.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Top tuna patties with aioli, fresh dill, and lime.
  7. Enjoy!
