Strawberry Basil Probiotic

This fizzy sweet and sour strawberry basil mocktail made with Bubbies naturally-fermented dill pickle brine has the right amount of healthy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups of carbonated water
  • 2 cups of fresh sliced strawberries
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 3 tbsps of Bubbies Kosher Dill Pickle brine
  • 2 tbsps agave
  • ½ cup packed fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. Thinly slice rinsed strawberries and set aside.
  2. Cut lemon into wedges, squeeze half lemon into pitcher. Then add carbonated water and pickle brine to the pitcher.
  3. Stir in 2 tbsps of agave to pitcher (adjust to your specified taste).
  4. Add fresh basil to pitcher and stir.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
