Vegan Cuban Sliders

These kid-approved and adult-endorsed vegan Cuban sliders created by The Yummy Vegan are an easy-to-make family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian style dinner rolls (Whole Foods brand is vegan)
  • 8 Slices of vegan smoked turkey
  • 8 slices of vegan ham or bologna
  • 8 slices vegan provolone cheese
  • 4-5 Bubbies Dill Pickles sliced lengthwise
  • 3-4 tbsp (45-60g) or to taste yellow mustard
  • 1 -2 tsp (5-10 g) vegan butter melted

Directions

  1. Keep the rolls together and slice them in half like one large roll.
  2. Spread an even layer of mustard on the bottom layer. I like mustard so I applied it to both the top and bottom.
  3. Layer the slices of vegan bologna, vegan smoked turkey and then vegan cheese.
  4. Top with the sliced pickles and close the sandwiches with the top layer of rolls.
  5. Brush the tops with the melted butter and bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is a little melty.
  6. Enjoy with a Bubbies Dill Pickle.
