Cheddar Relish Biscuit

- 2/3 cup of Bubbies Kosher Dill Relish
- 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2/3 cup of milk or dairy-free milk
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cups all-purpose baking mix
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Stir baking mix, milk, relish, and cheese until soft dough forms.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush garlic butter over warm biscuits. Serve immediately.
