Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

After trying this Horseradish Mashed Potato recipe, you won't want to go back to bland potatoes ever again!

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup Bubbies Horseradish
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper
  • For topping: chives and melted butter

Directions

  1. Peel and quarter potatoes. Add to a pot, cover with cold water and add a large pinch of salt (about 1 tbsp).
  2. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are fork tender, about 20 minutes.
  3. Drain and return potatoes to pot or a serving bowl. Mash or rice potatoes until you reach desired texture.
  4. Melt butter. Add in butter, milk, sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper to taste and stir until creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  6. Top with more melted butter and chopped chives.
