Marinade the chicken in Bubbies Kosher Dill Pickle brine and let sit overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. When ready, remove the chicken from brine and season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, and salt blend. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the barbecue sauce. Add all sauce ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly. Set aside.
When 20 minutes are up, flip chicken and cook for another 20 minutes.
After time is up, broil on high for 10 minutes, basting barbecue sauce on chicken. Flip and repeat.
Serve with potato salad and a side of Bubbies Bread & Butter Chips. Enjoy!
